By this time, what we need in the first place in Argentina are medicines. The most needed are: immunosupressors (for dialysis), the ones used by people with cancer, and the ones for patients with HIV. Basically, the more expensive ones.

Also, more and more people are in need of the basic things to survive: food, clothes, health.
